Rules for p00nsc4p3

Ok people I have just recently noticed that this server and these forums have no rules so up until now you could have done whatever you wanted but since we here at p00nsc4p3 are so smart we have thought of a way to stop you - rules.

Rules for forums
No double posting unless you think bumping the thread is necessary.
No flaming, just use constructive critisism, ie dont swear heaps at people.
No asking for staff in-game or for in forums.
No spamming threads or saying something pointless in one just to add to your post count.
No promoting other servers or websites apart from cases like youtube videos.
No trying to get other users to break any rules.
No making threads about dissing other people or servers or runescape.
Do not post any innapropriate pictures. e.g porn/drug abuse.
Do not spam other website with advertisments for this one.
Think before you act, ask someone a question or search the question you want before making a thread about it like where you would find D Claws on the server.
You may only ever advertise youtube videos based on this server.
If any of the rules above are broken consequences such as muting or banning will be made.
If you see anyone breaking any of the rules above then post there Username and proof of what they did (screenshot and where the post/thread can be found) in the reports section.

Rules for in game
No asking for staff.
No asking for items from staff.
No spamming of any kind.
You may log into more than one account at once but the accounts that you own may never interact with eachother in anyway apart from talking. That includes no teaming npc's or players with your accounts.
No item/password scamming.
No duping.
No abusing other members of p00nsc4p3.
Never accuse someone of doing something they didnt do.
If you are accused of breaking any of these rules you will be arrested and sent to p00nsc4p3 jail which you will have to appeal for your actions in the appeal thread.
