Here is the thread that you can apply for the removal of "blackmarks" ok to be honest we dont actually have a "blackmarks system". Whether or not there should be one is up to you.

In the mean time if you do happen to wind up in jail, muted or even banned!
Then here is the place to appeal for well... not to have those things anymore.
If you have commited the crime of breaking one or more of our easily avoided rules and you have been banned, muted or jailed then this is the place to convince us that you deserve a second chance.
We are all pretty laid back here so chances are you will be fine.

BUT! If you are spamming everywhere, everyone and every second of the day you will be instantly banned. Plainly because spam is a pain in the ass. If you have done something that might not seem like a big deal to you, us or anyone else really but you had still broken the rules then don't bother saying any lines related to these on this topic:
"No one cares anyway so why should I be (your punishment.)" You still broke the rules.
"I didn't know that was one of the rules!" To bad you should have read them.
"Can I be admin?" Wtf!?? (Upgrade punishment.)
"If you dont (undo the punishment given) then I'll crash the server!" We know your IP address.

So appeal something reasonablly well prepared, if you were accused of something you know you didn't do and arrested by a Moderator or Administrator or whatever else we have that has the right to arrest people then give proof that you didn't do what you were accused for.
